Ukraine Crisis Media Center is a communications partner of USAID’s DOBRE program. It leads strategic communications of the decentralization reform in Ukraine for national and international audiences, trains communities to communicate efficiently and spreads their best practices.
The USAID DOBRE Program cooperates with twelve communities of Kherson Oblast.
