Overview

It has been a year since the government in Kyiv announced an ambitious agenda for transforming governance in Ukraine. This half-day seminar will analyse the achievements and assess the main obstacles to reform in key areas such as the judiciary, law enforcement and national security.

Two expert panels will discuss the Ukrainian government’s ability to implement complex reforms and comment on capacity gaps as well as the vested interests preventing progress. They will also offer suggestions on how the West can best assist Ukraine in reforming these sectors.

Attendance at this event is by invitation only.
